To bring Queens and Vice Queens together in way of a WORKSHOP offering a voice to all, bringing topics of interest, issues, concerns, ideas, to the table for discussion that are beneficial to everyone.

A COUNCIL COMMITTEE which collaborates in unity of Council leadership.

The Council to `be NON PROFIT, NO VENDORS, with only a fee charged for a lunch or materials that are needed to conduct the workshops.

Being, that we are a "disorganized" entity which still prevails, however,NOTHING can just coast along without pitfalls,
Therefore,
a means of gaining knowledge, answers, and sharing are of utmost importance to insure
FUN, FRIENDSHIP and PROTECTION in our pursuit of frivolous endeavors.
