Red Hat Pig Roast,October 7th in Casnovia

2nd Annual [GR] Red Hat Garage Sale/ Craft Show was a success. In 2012, we may try to hold the sale in April,[just before Red Hat Day] instead of August........

****** Red Hat Birthday Party will be at the Radisson in Lansing in 2012,so probably April 21 or 28th.******

******It seems like we always have a few Red Hat Queens and Vice Queens that are coping with some medical issues, or losses of family members,so please keep all your RED HAT SISTERS, in your thoughts and prayers.

Date/Location of 2012 Funfest announced!!

"Say Ya to the UP, EH? " Mary Ann Daniels had announced at the Kalamazoo Funfest that next year, the Funfest will be at the Kewadin Casino (Saulte Ste Marie) on Sept 14-16, 2012. Some of us already put in our reservations! Bus trip from GR to the Kewadin Casino, cost is $82 per person. One pick up spot in GR, Target on Alpine.More details to come,as we firm up the trip..

Monthly Queens R Us meetings

All Queens and Vice Queens are invited to our monthly gathering. It is held the 3rd Tuesday of each month.We meet at Branns, at 5510 28th St SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512. Meeting starts at 6:00PM, in the side room.

We do a monthly gift exchange (optional), and the MAXIMUM amount of the gift is $5.00. Here are the catagories for the next few months in 2011
Oct - Red or Purple (anything)
Nov - Ornament ( hair, hat, clothing or Xmas)
Dec - Snow Related (reminds you of or color of)

SWQC Meeting - October 15,2011

Saturday, October 15 at Rivertown Place Condos Potluck style

We are going to learn how to Zumba(certified instructor)

Make and take a Bra hat,and other fun activities. 10:00am to 2:00pm RSVP to Queen Jeanne please,by October 10th,or for more information.
