We invite you to join us at MOPS. We provide a safe place to be yourself, share your life lessons, and to be encouraged and refreshed. We offer you a time to nurture your spirit & a fun and safe place for your children.

MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers) is about:

In 2010-2011, MOPS invites you to join in the learning process together as we explore Momology: The Art and Science of Mothering. Mothering is both art and science. It combines all of who we are to shape healthy, resilient kids. Mothering is so complex it requires both sides of our brain--not to mention our hands and feet, eyes and ears, mouth and (sniff, sniff) unfortunately, sometimes even our noses!

When do we Meet?
Our group meets from 9:15 to 11:15 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month September through April. Please note that our first meeting will be on September 29th.

Where Do We Meet?
We meet at Trinity Church in Lansing (corner of Jolly & Dunckel Rds) and follow the Lansing School District for any weather related cancellations.

Interested in joining?
Please contact Lori, our Registration Coordinator, ahead of time so we can place your children in our MOPPETS program. We would also like to place you in one of our discussion groups, and contact the leader so she knows you will be coming. It helps the morning run more smoothly for both yourself and your child(ren). If you are a member of our MOPS program and would like to invite a friend we would encourage you to feel free to do so, but to please contact Lori. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are like most of us and don't want MOPS to stop, and are wondering how to stay connected? Join the MOPS Yahoo Group. This a fun and safe place to come and invite each other out for play dates, ask for parenting tips, share frustrations, and encourage and build each other up. We hope you will join us! Child Care:
We have a wonderful program for our children called MOPPETS. They are well cared for and have lots of fun playing, singing songs, listening to stories, and doing crafts. We have even had special visitors for the children from our local police station and firehouse.
