We rarely receive thank you notes or testimonials but when we do we love to share them.
"I work at a funeral home and was personally impacted with Project Linus blankets as my daughter had a still birth last July and we wrapped Liam in a blanket at the hospital where we got to hold him for a while. My daughter also brought a baby blanket home with her to remind her of him. It means so very much. Thank you all as you make these in love for those of us who grieve. I enjoy giving them out to children of families here at work who have lost loved ones. It means so much more now that I have gone through such personal loss. God bless you all!" "Dear Lisa Beckrow,
Our family would like to thank you & your organization for allowing us the opportunity to participate in your cause! We all enjoyed choosing the themes of each blanket, picking out the fleece, cutting & tieing and appreciating the finished product. Yet the most rewarding part of this experience is knowing that we're giving these away to children in need. Thank you again!" The Chisholm Family"
"This was a great family project and led to some great discussions with the kids as to who may get these blankets. The kids then created cards with much care! Thanks, Michelle Zimostrad & Family"
"We enjoyed picking out our own fabrics. My 6 year old likes music and plays the violin. So he picked the musical notes fabric. My 9 year old daughter, Ashley, loves dogs. So she picked the doggie pattern. Our Dad, Tom, actually did his fblanket all by himself on Saturday. He did the tye-dye. I, of course, picked out the flowers. We enjoyed working as a family and discussing the needs of others. Thank you for this opportunity. Nevenfeldt Family"
"Thanks again for this opportunity to work with the Linus project. We made an extra blanket just because. We included five notes for the children these blankets are given to. It was incredibly fun to make these and we must say we liked all of them so much we will probably make more for ourselves. Sincerely, Corinne, Nicole, Lydia & Mariane"
