I didn't have many blanketeers when the time came to have a blanket available to show at a "Color a Quilt Square" event. I never made a quilt before but felt I could give it a shot. I have been given several beautiful quilts in my life time. So I inspected them closely and started making my 1st quilt. I was really unsure in the beginning if I was going to be able to pull it off but once I got going I felt more confident. I am proud to say I made this quilt and it's my very first one.
