Part of what we do as a program is provide opportunities for having fun and building friendships. In 2001, People Inc Epilepsy participants enjoyed free season tickets to Minnesota Twins games as well as numerous other picnics and events.

Current participants and graduates, as well as other interested people in the Twin Cities area, are encouraged to help plan events.

 Meetings

·         Event Planning Meetings are held every month. Keep an eye on our calendar, for dates and times

·         No more voting. We will entertain as many ideas as there are. If  you think at least 1 or 2 people might be interested in your idea, we will put it on our calendar.

Events

·         People Incorporated Epilepsy Services staff will continue to plan events on a regular basis (sports games, theatre events, etc.)

·         People Incorporated Epilepsy Services participants and graduates are encouraged to plan events as well. Fill out our simple form, and your event will be placed on our event calendar.

Flyers

·         People Incorporated Epilepsy Services will only make and distribute flyers for selected Epilepsy Services-sponsored events (example: Twins games).

·         Instead of multiple event flyers, People Incorporated Epilepsy Services will distribute a calendar and newsletter once every other month. We also publish an events calendar on our website.

·         If you would like there to be a flyer for an event you are planning, you may design and distribute one (Epilepsy Services will be happy to lend you our copy machine).
