The Forum - A quarterly publication focusing on work and family issues, survival techniques for life at home and in the workplace, ideas for personal enrichment, book reviews, author interviews, member news and updates, and other subjects of interest to sequencing women.

Brain, Child: The Magazine for Thinking Mothers - A discounted subscription to all members. "Brain,Child" is a quarterly print publication That serves as a literary "time-out" for thinking mothers.

National Conferences - This one-of-a-kind forum includes expert speakers who discuss issues affecting mothers, seminars of interest to mothers, workshops for bettering local chapters, fun nights out and more.

Members Only Website - An interactive website with members-only section and services such as e-mail loops, volunteer opportunities, chapter tools, and timely organization news and information.

E-mail Loops - An e-mail network of members who are available for support any time of the day. Over 20 topic-based loops exist including Toddler Moms, At-Home Moms, Part-time Working Moms, Mothers of Color, and more.

Leadership Opportunities - The chance to keep work skills current or acquire new ones by volunteering time and talent in a variety of areas including chapter coordination, membership, online services, publications, media relations, marketing, advocacy and development. The volunteer network operates virtually to connect volunteers all over the nation.
