Meeting Information

Troop #15 meets every Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Newport Fire Hall #1, located at 155 20th Street in Newport.

At the meetings, the boys work on advancements, plan future meetings, plan troop events, and plan camp outs. For information on the rules of the meetings, please click on the link on the left. For scout meetings, we prefer the boys wear there Class A shirt, and we want all the boys to bring there Scout Handbook to every meeting.

The parent's committee meeting is the first Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. and is usually over by the time the boy's meeting is over. We'd like all parents to attend the parents meetings when able to.
At the parents meetings, we let the parents know about all the important information going on in the troop, such as up coming camp-outs and events. The parent's meeting is also at the Newport Fire Hall #1 in the kitchen.

The Tomahawk Parent's meeting is important,ALL PARENTS MUST ATTEND if your son is planning on going to Tomahawk. At this meeting you will get important information about the trip, such as price, contact info, parents guide put together by the Scoutmaster. As well as all questions yu may have will be answered.
