What is Youth As Resources?
Youth As Resources was developed by the United Way of Douglas and Pope Counties and West Central Initiative to encourage youth leadership. This program recognizes the ability for youth to be a powerful resource. Youth As Resources offers grants from $50 to $1,000 for youth projects located in Douglas County that are initiated and led by youth ages 5-21.
The YAR Board will be taking the summer off. If you plan on submitting a grant during the summer it will be reviewed late September 2008.
