Welcome to the Cass County (Missouri) Family History Guild Website . . .

NOTE OUR NAME! (we were formerly known as the Cass County Genealogical Society, Inc.)

Like the eagle, we enjoy looking for those obscure ancestors, and then rejoice in finding new tidbits that add to the picture of our heritage.

We are happy to assist fellow Cass County descendants in their quest for the traces that their ancestors left while they resided in our County. See the list of lookup volunteers at the bottom of our web page.

We are working to make more information from Cass County documents, of genealogical interest, available to families tracing their roots in Cass County, at a reasonable cost.
