About Kansas City Project Linus:
Greater Kansas City Project Linus serves the entire metro area of Kansas City, including Wyondotte and Johnson Counties in Kansas as well as Clay, Platte, Jackson and Cass Counties in Missouri. Patty Gregory is the chapter coordinator. She served as chapter coordinator for 9 years for The Greater Kansas City chapter.
Patty will be happy to help in anyway she can.

How Can I Help?
Make a new, handmade, washable blanket. We'll see to it that it gets to a deserving child.

If you are not able to make a blanket, monetary donations are gratefully accepted.

Blankets can be quilted, tied, fleece, knitted or crocheted. They must be washable and be made from new materials. With no ribbon, buttons or other possible choking hazards attached.

Blanket Sizes
These are approximate sizes
(measurements need not be exact)
premie 30 X 30
Baby Blanket 36 X 36
Child and teen 40 X 60

Fleece blanket should be a single layer.
Fleece blankets should be at least 36X45
Please check on left of page under blanket info for directions on fleece blankets

Things you need to know
We have drop off points for blankets at a couple of places in Kansas and several in Missouri. Missouri Sewing Machine Co and Harpers Fabric and Quilt Co in Kansas accept our blankets. In Missouri you can drop off at any Missouri Sewing Machine Co in the metro and Bernina Sewing Machine in Blue Springs. If you need to drop off in Cass county Missouri please contact Patty at 816-331-9101.
