Our elected officials are waiting to hear from us. They WANT to know how we feel about this proposed trail. If we don't tell them that we are strongly opposed to this, they will do nothing to stop it. They will assume that everybody agrees with Ronnie Raum, the US Forest Service Supervisor. You must know that if Ronnie Raum is not stopped soon, this proposed trail through Palmer will soon become a reality. And once this trail is opened, it will never be closed. Palmer will literally be destroyed and the Midwest Jeepthing will move on to another section of our forest to destroy. It will take many voices joined together to speak loudly enough for our elected officials to step in and stop this. Whether you are speaking for our environment, our history, or our ancestors, PLEASE SPEAK NOW. THIS PROPOSED TRAIL MUST BE STOPPED. TOGETHER WE CAN STOP IT!
