** “Chair Yoga” Yoga increases flexibility and strength, decreases stress and tension. Just what we need to better enjoy all of our Red Hat activities. Whether you write a novel, a letter to the editor, a poem, a magazine article or a letter to your daughter, you can change the world. Join this group and be inspired to be the next Joan of Arc. SESSION IV 2:50 -3:45
** “A brief history of Trapping and Furs of the 4 State Area” presented by Darrell Burkart, Conservation Dept, retired

** “Granite” The process, use, do’s & don’ts & care of the porcelain & natural stone in your home. Presented by Krista Lake of Signature Granite

** “Live a Healthier Lifestyle”: Suzanne Nelson from Suzanne’s Natural Foods will share information and tips on how to live a healthier lifestyle using nutritious foods, beverages, skin care, hair care, essential oils, and supplements. Bring your questions and leave with samples.

** “Garden Art” We will make a garden wind chime using old silverware and beads. The chime will consist of old silver ware hanging on bead strung line from a base of a fork with bent tines. This wind chime makes a great addition to your garden and will give you the basics to design larger chimes using silver teacups, sugar bowls. etc as bases. Presented by Master Gardener Kathy Mc Cracken. Assembly ready kits with be provided for a price of $5
