We are finally have 30 paying members and are a chartered club!!! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!

We were so glad to see the people that were able to come to mondays meeting. Keep bringing your friends with you so Circle K can grow. Another reminder, if you didn't pay dues last monday please pay that as soon as possible. Its only $35 and its for the whole year.

Many new projects are being planned including work with the Ronald McDonald house, the Kitchen, and local elementary schools. Keep your ears open for more details, and if you have any new ideas, don't hesitate to bring them up at the next meeting.

Convoy of Hope will be every other Thursday from 6-8pm at the Convoy of Hope building, if you need directions please contact Heather of Deanna at dsg424s@smsu.edu, the first session for Convoy will begin Sep. 23rd. The following is a list of people that are signed up to help out, and once again you can obviously attend even if you didn't sign up. Mentor a Habitat Child:

Mentor a Habitat Child, the same information/training session is required as Mentoring for Success project. If you are interested contact Heather Moore at hmm575s@smsu.edu

Saturday, September 25th from 8am til we don't know when, and Sunday the 26th from 9am til whenver. Please come and help out if at all possible, and definately come if you signed up. If you are at all interested please email Jessica Nadolski at jan434s@smsu.edu

Chartering BBQ:

Make sure not to miss out on our chartering BBQ, new members are welcome to attend as well as the older members. Don't forget to make it on your calendar, which will be September 25th from 4pm at Living Memorial Park. Directions will be sent out later on this week, and if you are planning on attending please RSVP as soon as possible. If you are planning on becoming an official member of SMSU Circle K we need your $35 yearly dues by the next meeting, thanks a lot!!
