Welcome to the

Webster Groves Toastmasters Club 461

Whenever the library closes early due to inclement weather, other emergencies or because it's being used for library-sponsored programs, then, our meeting is cancelled.

No meeting scheduled for Feb. 7, March 6 or March 20. Please check calendar in far left column and the "Announcements" below.

What Can Toastmasters Do For You?

A Toastmaster Club is a safe place to improve speaking abilities through prepared speeches, as well as, speaking "off-the-cuff". Here, you will receive sensitive, valuable feedback and learn to evaluate others in constructive, helpful ways. Also, it is a place to learn how to run meetings smoothly and efficiently. Best of all, the right club puts you in contact with others who have similar goals, and with the interest of seeing others succeed here, at work and in the community.

Come visit our club with no obligation to join. If this is the right club for you, taking the next step of becoming a member will be easy.

The Mission of Our Club

A Toastmasters club provides a mutually supportive and positive learning environment where every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills. This, in turn, fosters self-confidence and personal growth.

 The Values of Toastmasters International

Toastmasters International’s core values are integrity, dedication to excellence, service to the member, and respect for the individual. These are values worthy of a great organization; and, we believe we should incorporate them as anchor points in every decision we make. Our core values provide us with a means of not only guiding but also evaluating our operations, our planning, and our vision for the future.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
