All proceeds from the Extreme Mom Makeover fundraiser will go to the WESC Charitable account, which supports our charitable causes throughout the year.

Several sponsors (listed below) were generous enough to donate the gifts for our packages.  This contest started out small with one package…but we had so much support from the surrounding community, we had to expand to 3!!  

How to nominate:

You may download a nomination form from our website or as an attachment on our base-wide email.  April 6th, you may also pick up one (or more!) from the Thrift Shop or Airman’s Attic during the business hours of Tuesday & Friday from 10 am – 2 pm.  Forms will also be available at the Airman & Family Readiness Center.

• $3.00 per nomination

• This contest is open to all mothers who are directly affiliated with the Whiteman community (active duty members, spouses, reserve and civilian employees/spouses)

• Fill out the nomination form with the nominee’s information.  If a dependent, please fill out sponsors squadron and rank (this information will not be used during the selection process - judges will not have access to demographics)

• You may include any information you think is necessary to help our judges make their decisions – number and ages of children, employment/school status, age, etc.  The more information, the better!  Please use 100 words or less.

• Please include your email address so I may send you an email confirming receipt of your nomination.

• Nomination forms and fees may be mailed in to WESC’s PO Box at any time between April 6 & May 1.  Please include your fee in the envelope.
