Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the Scholarship ceremony at the Thrift Shop. It was a very successful event. We had two of our four recipients in attendance, in addition to one of our recipient's father to accept the award on his behalf.
A huge thank you to the advisers,chairpersons, representatives and volunteers from both clubs for all your hard work. The Scholarship program is only made possible by everyone working together. Other volunteers and customers also deserve a huge thanks!
Our winners this year are:
Laura Hancock, senior from Smith Cotton High School in Sedalia won $1500 in the High School Senior category.
John M. Cane, currently attending University of New Mexico won $1500 in the Continuing Undergraduate category.
Melissa Pogue will be attending State Fair Community College, won $1500 in the Spouse category.
Rebecca Casselman, currently attending University of Central Missouri won $1500 in the Graduate Spouse category.
Another successful year for our combined Scholarship program!!! Thanks again everyone........you rock!!!!

2009 Whiteman Spouses’ Club Scholarships
High School Senior applications are available through their Counselors. All applications may be obtained at the Airman and Family Readiness Center, Airman’s Attic, Community Center, Education Center, Library and the Base Thrift Store. They may also be downloaded from below.
