OUR MISSION STATEMENT de l’Epee is a ministry of the Diocese of Biloxi to provide spiritual well-being, promotion of independence and inclusion in the community for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Disabled.

Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Hearing participate in the many activities of de l'Epee Deaf Center.
