THE RED HAT SOCIETY is a social "disorganization" where there is fun after fifty (and before) for women of all walks of life. We believe silliness is the comedy relief of life and, since we are all in it together, we might as well join red-gloved hands and go for the gusto together. There are very simple rules....wear red hats and purple outfits if you are over 50; and wear pink hats and lavender outfits if you are under 50, and enjoy having fun together. You can find out more information about The Red Hat Society by clicking on the link to your left.

We are the Happy Hats of Hattiesburg. An official chapter of the Red Hat Society. Our organization was born December 29, 2004 as the Mississippi Mud Hats. We had our first official meeting with three attendees in February 2005. We had grown to eleven wonderful ladies in our group. We have since regrouped and are down to about 3 members and a new name "Happy Hats of Hattiesburg". If you would like to join us in some of our fun adventures please feel free to contact me through the "write us" area of our webpage. Thank you and have a red hat kind of day.
