Pride News
This is the website for the "Pride of Richton Band", Richton Mississippi. On, Saturday, October 3, 2009, the Pride of Richton Marching Band traveled to Jones County Junior College to participate in the West Jones Marching Festival. Ratings were as follows: Band 2,2,2 (2), Percussion 3, Drum Major 1, Guard 2, and Dance 2. We have a lot of work to do to prepare for state next week. Wish us well.
The following general schedule will be enforced for the week of 10/5/09
- Monday: Band 5-7, Guard 3:30-7
- Tuesday: Band 5-7, Guard 3:30-7
- Wednesday: Guard 3-4:30 (Band will meet if Monday/Tuesday is a rain out or other circumstances dictate)
- Thursday: Band 3-5
- Friday: RHS @ East Marion? Game time 7:00
- Saturday: Leave for MHSAA Region V State Band Evaluation
