Join us for FUN in Missoula! Plans are under way for a week end of "live, love, laugh"!

TOTAL CONVERGENCE COST IS $165.00

Registration Due: No later than MARCH 15, 2010

All activities will be held in the Rotunda and Ballroom of the Hilton Garden Inn

REGISTRATION in the ROTUNDA: Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to noon.

FRIDAY 6:00 pm - The 50s Theme - Come in your 50s garb. Entertainment by Dave Koury as Dean Martin & ELVIS!

SATURDAY 6:00 pm - Mardi Gras - This is our glitzy, dress-up night with masks and beads! Entertainment still to be determined.

SUNDAY 8:00 am - PJ breakfast (or travel clothes) & RED HAT BIRTHDAY PARTY with Wild Bill!

TABLE SEATING - Tables will be assigned at registration. Table numbers will be rotated for each event.

GIFT BASKETS - Each chapter is asked to bring a small gift basket for prizes.

BANNERS - It is not necessary to bring your banners. We have no way to hang them at the Hilton Garden Inn. Sorry!

JUST FOR YOUR INFO - This was originally intended to be a big birthday party. But, since no other Montana town or city chose to hold the 2010 convergence, we have combined our birthday bash with the 2010 convergence! Come and play with us!

Go to 1/2 Hour "Make It and Take It" Workshop on Saturday to make a fast and easy hat. check back for pre-registration information as it becomes available.

Free Parking Passes for downtown Missoula on Friday

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS - Mike Williams of Mike Williams Photography will be taking formal photos again this year. He will be set up in the Rotunda on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Photos are $10 for an 8x10 and $6 for a 5x7 in a folder. They will be available on Sunday morning after breakfast.
