BOOTS, BLING & BONNETS - Flathead Red Hat Convergence

FOOD ALLERGY ALERT!

When you check in for Convergence on Friday, September 11 between 11am and 5pm, please be sure to let the checkin staff know if you any food allergies, especially reactions to: "nuts", "dairy", "wheat" or "oats".

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY Crown Photo will be available at convergence to take individual and/or group photos of you and all your cowgal-pals. She will be set up with props, in the Convention Room and also in the Patio Area in the center of the Red Lion Hotel. Photos will be ready for pick up on Sunday morning. Special rates will be given.

FLATHEAD BEACON Be sure to look through your copy of the Flathead Beacon for information on other opportunities while in Kalispell. The second page of the Classified insert has a special insert dedicated to our Montana Red Hat Convergence, with additional discount information.

We'll also provide you with information on all the great places to go and things to do in Kalispell and the surrounding areas. We would like this to be a fun filled and unforgetable weekend for all who attend. Remember that "Boots, Bling & Bonnets" is a Country Western event, with Friday night boot scootin' BBQ, Saturday lots of events in the Red Lion and Kalispell Center Mall during the day. Lots to do around town and a more elegant evening of bright and blingy regalia. Sunday morning will be our PJ Breakfast, so you can just get out of bed, but on your bonnet and come down to breakfast. There's entertainment at every event.
