Welcome to the Home of the Hammerheads!
We're excited about our 2009 edition of the Forest Oaks Hammerheads. We have new coaches this year: Erika Burger and Sarah Wood. We will post results and pictures of our swim meets and provide information for future meets.
City Meet 2009
City Meet is Friday and Saturday at Lindley Pool in Greensboro.

Directions to Forest Oaks
Travel highway 421 South from I-85/40 to the stop light at Hagan Stone Park Road. Turn left onto Hagan Stone Park Road. At the stop sign turn left onto Liberty Road and then take an immediate right onto Forest Oaks Drive. The clubhouse and pool are located approximately 2 miles down Forest Oaks Drive on your left. Forest Oaks Country Club – 4600 Forest Oaks Drive 674-0126.
