13. Right to be taught HOW to think without being taught WHAT to think;

15. Right to an educational environment free from all governmental and/or corporate interference which may instill an undue burden to learners and their mentors; or which may impose an unconstitutional mandate limiting natural freedoms;

16. Right to a stimulating educational environment;

17. Right to core knowledge that promotes the cultural literacy of the child;

18. Right to remain drug free; that is, right to change the environment based upon the child's style of learning instead of changing the chemical makeup of the child with pharmaceuticals;

19. Right to be part of their own family, in theory and in practice (legally and physically), which facilitates the preservation of the family as a viable unit;
