You will hear it everywhere, but to me the #1 job with your team is to find the pitcher. With my first team, I struggled for weeks on end stuck at 8 stars. A little nagging doubt in the back of my mind made me train everyone in pitching for several days. The day I switched to my new pitcher is the day I hit 9* !!
