How to Open a Merit Badge:
See Steve and tell him you want to open a new merit badge.
See Vicky to get a blue card and the name of an approved merit badge counselor.
Contact your merit badge counselor to meet and discuss requirements. (Take a parent or another Scout with you.)
Complete the merit badge requirements.
Submit the blue card back to Vicky for recording.
Get recognition!
