IMMEDIATE NEED: Eagle Ceremony Committee
Ben has been approved by our local council for his Eagle Award and his paperwork has been sent to the National BSA Council. We need a committee who is willing to organize Eagle ceremonies for our scouts as they earn this award. Tim Meyer has agreed to train those who are interested but we have an immediate need for a committee to help plan and organize Ben's ceremony. Tracy has agreed to serve on this committee but others are needed.
Doughton Park August 8th-10th
This is a hiking/camping trip and includes a 10 mile hike as part of the Hiking merit badge. Doughton Park is on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Adult leaders are Steve, Travis, Jeff, Eric, and Cliff.
