If WNC Gourd Patch cancels the workshop your fee will be refunded in full.  Payment is due at the time of registration – sorry no exceptions.  Please call or contact the WNC Gourd Patch Treasurer at 828 254 8678 (wigginsjune@bellsouth.net) to reserve your place in class and mail your completed Workshop Registration Form, together with your class fee, to the Treasurer at 479 Riverview Drive, Asheville, NC 28806.

Teachers may have a minimum and maximum number of students they will accept for their workshops.  This will be stated in the workshop description and, if we have reached the maximum number for a workshop when you apply, your name will be added to a waiting list.  In this event it will still be necessary for you to send your check to the Treasurer but it will not be cashed until we know for sure that we have a place available for you.  Should there not be a place in the workshop for you, your check will be shredded by the Treasurer (sorry our funds do not allow us to spend money on stamps to return checks).

If the minimum number for a workshop is not reached, the workshop will be cancelled!

This policy will be strictly adhered to so, if you want to be sure of a place in class, please call or email and register in good time, and confirm it with your payment.
