Birth Doula Cost:

This varies from area to area and doula to doula. Some of this is based on the experience your birth doula has, some is based on the going rate in your area. The basic range would be from $200-$800. We believe every woman deserves a Doula. Please talk to a doula before you decide her services are NOT for you because of financial concerns. Most doulas will barter, set up a sliding scale, or payment plans to help those who can't afford a doula. The doula will help make it work for you!

Postpartum Doula Cost:

Postpartum doulas across the nation charge an average of $20 per hour. Mothers will pay $20 per hour for a housekeeper or $70 for a massage, so the cost of a doula should be considered in its proper perspective, especially in light of all the benefits.
