This month's Composer Spotlight is dedicated to Ludwig Van Beethoven!

NO PICTURE

Beethoven is a well known composer that is an ultimate favorite for many classical music lovers. As most people know; Beethoven became deaf to a chronic hearing disorder. This fact alone is one thing that makes Beethoven so special. He was able to play the piano and write music regardless of his deafness. He did so by feeling the vibration of the instrument when he played.

Beethoven started playing the piano at age four, and continued to do so thereafter. His Sympony No. 5 is still his best known song. Beethoven was given lessons by many famous composers such as Mozart and Liszt.

I do not need to say much about Beethoven as you probably have already experienced these same thoughts by listening to his music or playing it. Beethoven should always be remembered for his God given talent and his way with notes.
