The Omaha Legal Professionals Association ("OLPA") was incorporated in 1997. OLPA is affiliated in a bi-level capacity with the the Nebraska Legal Professionals Association. OLPA meets once a month on the third Wednesday of the month (except for July, August and December when no meetings are held). The programs consist of legal education topics. There are also state and local seminars throughout the year, usually held on Saturday. The affairs of the Association are conducted by its Board of Directors Meeting held on the first Wednesday of the month (except for July and December).
MISSION STATEMENT
To establish good fellowship among the members of this association and all persons employed in and/or interested in work of a legal nature so that ideas may be exchanged and knowledge increased;
To establish a high order of business and professional attainment and to further our knowledge of the law and uphold its honor and dignity; and
To create a high standard of ethics among its members.
