G.E.S. helps Jaelynn FIGHT!!!

G.E.S. along with the PTO is joining together to help future GES student Jaelynn Treamer fight liver disease (Biliary Atresia). Jaelynn is a 10 month old baby girl who is currently fighting this life threatening disease. Jaelynn had her transplant surgerory on Monday, September 22nd. The transplant surgerory went well however, she will have a long recovery still ahead of her. She is still in the Pre-Nantal Instensive Care Unit at Bostons Children's Hospital. Jaelynn is the younger sister to two G.E.S. students. Her mom, Rachel, is a member of our PTO and her dad, Joel, has coached baseball and t-ball to many of our G.E.S. students.

Please join us in helping us raise money to help offset the many expenses that this family will incure during the difficult time.

Friday, September 19th - "Our Hats Off to You Jaelynn!!" - Hat Day We raised $125.00

Friday, September 26th- "May you have a restfull recovery Jaelynn!!"- Pajama Day. We raised $155.00!!

Friday, October 3rd- "Your future is looking bright, Jaelynn!!"
On Friday, October 3rd all students who bring in $1.00 may wear sunglasses in school.

The PTO has set a goal of $500.00 to be raised at G.E.S. for Jaelynn Treamer, please help us reach our goal.

Any checks can be made out to The Jaelynn Treamer Fund.

Don't Throw Away your Shaw's Receipts!!
$1,413.47 was raised during the 2007-2008 school year from collecting Shaw's Receipts. The PTO would like to thank everyone who help save their receipts. Without your help we never would have raised so much money. Keep up the good work and keep on saving those Shaw's Receipts!
