Old Business- NECAP snacks were provide by PTO and were well appreciated. The corn maze was well like and great way to reward the students for all their hard work.

Square 1 Art artwork has been mailed in. Each student will receive a free sheet of stickers of their artwork. Free stickers, catalogs and order forms should be arriving by 11/13, orders will be due on 11/20, and products will be here by 12/18. A theme will be set next year for the children to have as a guideline for their artwork.

Family Game Night will be held on Thursday, December 10th from 5:30pm- 7:00pm. Hotdogs drinks and refreshments will be sold. 1 game per grade will be offered. Each family will be able to play up to 2 games during the evening at 20 minutes each. This will allow for time to buy refreshments, eat, etc… PTO will purchase new board games as prizes to be awarded on Black Friday.

Sam will look into getting a popcorn machine with our Campbell’s points. Could be used to sell popcorn at family events, etc…

Brenda Tilton requested the donation of $75.00 to cover the cost of renting Carter Hall for the Veteran’s Brunch. Approved. Brenda said that it will cost approximately $2,000.00 to publish the Veterans book. Sam suggested she write a letter to PTO requesting a donation should they need more money to cover the cost.

A Literacy Night will be held in the spring.

Sam will look into reserving Reindeer Lane Gift Shop for the week of Dec. 16th. Will be held in the ASP room for 3 days with one day being specifically for makeups, etc… The sale will also be held one evening.

Next meeting will be held on Thursday, November 19th at 7:15am. Early morning meeting will hopefully attract more teachers and parents who cannot make evening meetings to due to busy schedules. PTO will provide coffee, juice, muffins and donuts.
