If you have been unable to attend Leader's Meetings, please make sure to contact Sue W. and pick-up information for upcoming events.

Bank Accounts-Please remember to check your Bank Account Statements EVERY MONTH to insure you have not been charged a monthly maintenance fee, or a service charge. If you have been charged in error, please contact the bank to remove the charges. Please do not wait too long, the bank is not obligated to remove the charges after a specified period of time.

Trips & Outings- Please remember to report all trips and outings to your school membership manager. If you are not sure who to contact, please refer to your roster. Any gathering outside of a regularly scheduled meeting should be reported.

Any overnight and/or out-of-state trips, you must complete and submit a Troop Trip Application which can be found on council's website under the forms section, or click on the following link. Troop Trip Form file Applications must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the trip.

Events-Please remember to get Event RSVP's in on time to the Event Chairperson listed on the event flier. Space is limited for some events. Parents should be reminded to turn in payments and signed permission slips prior to the RSVP date. When making payments for events, please submit the completed lower portion of the event flier to the Event Chairperson with ONE Troop Check.

Photos-If you have photos of your troop you would like to share and have posted on this website, please forward them to collnov@aol.com, and make sure to have signed Photo/Web Releases from the parent(s) of each girl pictured in the photo. Click on the link for the form, and please retain them with your troop records, they do not need to be mailed to council. Photo Release Form file
