Welcome to Eastern Bass Classics N.J. Premier Bass Tournamet Trail
Eastern Bass Classics is an organization based on Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. Our events are held at Lake Hopatcong and Greenwood Lake. We offer a very competitive Bass circuit held on Thursday Afternoons. Our membership is $20.00 to join and we hold 14 Tournaments a year. Each team will count their TEN best events towards the year end Classic. You can fish with a partner or fish solo, whatever you like. Come and join us for a peaceful time on the lakes with no boat traffic to bother you.

MARINES HELPING MARINES CHARITY BASS TOURNAMENT
When: Saturday July 11, 2009 Where: Lee’s County Park Marina
Registration 5 A.M. Launch 6 A.M. Lake Hopatcong, N.J.
Weigh – in: 1:00 P.M. Picnic: 12:30 P.M.
ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND BBQ AND WEIGH-IN FESTIVITIES – YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN THE TOURNAMENT TO JOIN US AND HELP RAISE AWARENESS FOR OUR WOUNDED VETERANS
Details: Several Pro Anglers will be taking wounded Veterans (Army & Marine Corps)
Out in their boats to participate as a 2-man team in an 80-boat tournament.
Entry Fee is $200.00 per boat. Payouts to 10% of the field with the remaining going to the Marines Helping Marines Org. Hospital Program which supports Marines at Balboa and Bethesda Naval Hospitals as well as the Walter Reed Medical Center.
All registered anglers will eat free.
All other guests will be charged $10.00 Kids under 12 $3.00
To preregister for the tournament you MUST join by July 1st, 2009
There are separate fees to boat launch & park. Anglers must have a valid NJ Fishing License to participate.
We will have military items on display as well as cash and prize drawings throughout the day. This should be a good time for all and is for a good cause, the Marines Helping Marines Hospital Program.

Cash donations will be used for lodging and the meals for the wounded veterans for 2 nights as well as various necessities to help male the afternoon function successful. This will help cover the costs of food and drink, audio and visual support, postal fees and awards and plaques for the entrants. Media will be present and this is a great way to get exposure for your company. If you can participate in any way please contact Howard at your earliest convenience.

ATTENTION ALL BASS FISHERMEN - OUR TOURNAMENTS WILL BE HELD OUT OF LEE"S COUNTY PARK ON LAKE HOPATCONG
EVENTS WILL START REGISTRATION AT 5:30AM AND START BY 6:00AM
ENTRY FEE IS $150.00/ TEAM PLUS 10.00 FOR LUNKER POOL
ENTRY FEE: $100.00 PER TEAM - BIG BASS POOL $10.00 extra. 80% Payback at ramp = Cash, Classic Fund, Awards & Trophies.
Anglers may fish solo or with a partner. There 5 fish limit of 12" or better fish. Teams are allowed only 2 substitute anglers per year to count towards the classic.
Enter the day of the Tournament or by mail. Start positions are by the day your entry is recieved.
Registration is at 11:00 AM to 12:25 PM. Tournament hours are from 12:30 to 8:00 PM daylight permitting
END OF YEAR AWARDS Based upon total points accumulated through the year for your place of finish in each tournament.
Teams will count their TEN best events towards the years end total.
Classic will be the Top 12 Teams in points for the year
More details will be discussed at the ramp.
POINT SYSTEM
EXAMPLE: 1st. Place 200 pts. + 12.5 lbs. = 212.05 points
2nd. Place 198 pts. + 11.7 lbs. = 209.07 points
Each team will take their best 10 tournaments to count towards the year end total & the Classic.
You will get points for each place you finish in plus the weight you have at that position.
