WHY A NEW NAME? The GFWC Dover Township Junior Woman's Club became the GFWC Shore Junior Woman's Club to reflect the recent name change in Toms River. We are the same great organization just a different name.
We are also proud to announce that the GFWC Dover Township Juniorettes (Spirit Factory All-Stars, an official youth group sponsored by the GFWC Shore Juniors), will be reorganizing as well to reflect the name change and membership status. Again, same great organization just a different name.
Check back here often for updates and information.

Teen Violence - Date Rape Awareness
~Go to a safe place and call the
police. The sooner you make the
report, the greater the chances the
attacker will be caught.
SOCK IT TO ME!
The Juniors and All-Stars will be collecting NEW women's and children's size socks. The socks will be donated to a domestic violence shelter serving the Ocean County/Shore area. Please bring the socks to the Spirit Factory gym starting on Monday, March 16th. There will be a collection bin in the lobby. If you have any questions or concerns about this project or would like ways to further help victims of domestic violence please contact us at email@example.com.
BACKPACKS OF LOVE!
Backpacks of Love is a new GFWC program for Juniorettes. The project is in concert with the GFWC President's Special Project: Domestic Violence. All the Juniorette clubs across the nation will collect NEW backpacks and fill them with personal hygiene products such as toothbrushes, combs, shampoo, etc. and notebooks, socks, underwear and some books, small toys and games.
The backpacks are then given to children when they arrive at a safe house after having been forced to leave home as a result of domestic violence. Often they are forced to leave home with nothing more then the clothes on their backs so this gives them something they can claim as their own again, something of value. This small gift will be a big boost to their self worth and self esteem.
