RUMMAGE SALE - Wednesday and Thursday, February and , 2010
Sale to be held from 9:00am until 4:00pm Wednesday with the bag sale held from 9:00am until 12:00pm Thursday. A welcome event for over 40 years, these sales have become a worthy "recycle" of usable clothing and housewares, as well as a treasure trove of items you cannot possibly live without. A bake sale is also held on the first day of the rummage sale. This adds up to great fun for both the faithful volunteers and the community. Click HERE for rummage sale donation information.

EASTER CANDY SALE - , 2010
This is a yummy fundraiser that helps pay the insurance bill. Won't you please help? Gertrude Hawk candy may be purchased from a special Easter brochure from a church school student or youth group member. Checks should be made payable to GVUMC (NOT Gertrude Hawk!). Do not include any sales tax. Orders must be returned to Mrs. Fawcett no later than .

HOLIDAY BAZAAR - November , 2009
This annual event is our biggest fund-raiser. Included are:

  • Silent Auction (including gift baskets)
  • Baked Goods
  • Home Made Jams and Jellys
  • Holiday Items
  • Attic Treasures
  • Gift Baskets
  • Hand Crafts
  • Home-made soup and sandwich lunch. The event will be held from 9:00am until 3:00pm.
