Fund Raising
Chair: Liz Stiner Members: John Eager, Sue Engelsman Responsibilities: Kick off fund drive campaign no later than March, send newsletter in July and send fund drive reminder notices no later than November. Research grants, foundations, etc. for operating expenses, equipment, gear, new truck and capital improvements.
Golf Outing
Chair: Joe Sodano Members: Chip Del Coro, Jim McMahon, George Stiner Responsibilities: Arrange for golf course. Mail invitations no later than June. Secure sign sponsors and arrange for sign printing as needed. Purchase/solicit gifts prizes. Arrange for food and coordinate with House Committee for social hall set-up.
Good and Welfare
Chair: Dan Engelsman Members: Craig Miele, George Stiner Responsibilities: Deliver of messages such as congratulations, get well, sympathy, etc. to members from Fire Company's. Send flower arrangements/fruit baskets when needed. Hang mourning flag from the Fire House as appropriate.

Radio
Chair: Ken Jansen Members: Tom English, Andrew Jansen Responsibilities: Ensure all radio equipment is working properly. Keep all Active Members supplied with proper radio equipment. Arrange for pick-up and repair of all damaged/non-working radio equipment. Retrieve radios/pagers from individuals no longer involved with the Fire Company.
Relief Association
Chair: Dan Engelsman Members: Bobby Jansen, George Stiner, Keith Vastola Responsibilities: Attend meetings and keep members informed of proceedings and changes. Follow up with any new members to obtain application and submit any and all paperwork to the Association. Select members to serve on committees of the Association.
Room Usage
Chair: Joe Sciaretta Members: Derek Hendershot, Bobby Jansen, George Stiner Responsibilities: Arrange and organize the use of the room. Make recommendations as to the cost of the room. Keep log of room use and have associated monies deposited into Annual Operating Fund. Make recommendations for room repair, upgrades, replacements, etc.
Scholarship
Chair: Joe Sodano Members: Chip Del Coro, Craig Miele, Responsibilities: Contact Guidance Counselors at Chatham High School and Madison High School no later than November to give criteria guidelines for students to win the scholarship award ($500 per school).
Shoot
Co-Chair: Bobby Jansen Co-Chair: Bob Swenor Members: George Stiner, Keith Vastola Responsibilities: Mail invitation to past participants and interested parties. Obtain prizes. Arrange for food. Inventory birds and shells, make purchases as needed. Set up Shoot Field.
Steak & Lobster

Plan work details for set-up and clean-up.
Tree Lighting
Chair: George Stiner Members: Derek Hendershot, Craig Miele, Jeff Zalis Responsibilities: Coordinate with Chatham Borough Fire Department to hang lights from the tree no later than mid-November. Order candy and stockings for pick-up no later than mid-November. Make arrangements to borrow sleigh. Publicize in local newspapers prior to event. Coordinate with Green Village United Methodist Church's Hot Dog Supper. Coordinate with Auxiliary the placement of the Christmas Tree, back-drop, etc.
Truck
Chair: Members: Responsibilities: Plan and advise membership as to replacement schedule of trucks. Identify needs of the Fire Company and make recommendations for new vehicles. Develop budget for purchases.

Ice Cream Social

Obtain or verify acceptance of all nominees. Post a slate of all nominees for each office at the commencement of the September meeting. Amend said slate as additional nominees are accepted.

Public Relations

Mail raffle report to State no later than the 15th of the month following the raffle drawing.
