Families for Russian and Ukrainian Adoption (FRUA) is a nonprofit support group for families who have adopted from the former Soviet Union and all of Eastern Europe and who reside in New Jersey.We support families prior to adopting and those who have already adopted. We provide a Quarterly newsletter, meetings, social and cultural events.
FRUA is a national organization with chapters throughout the USA and in Europe. In New Jersey we have regional meetings in North, Central and South Jersey.
Our goal is to educate the community and increase public awareness of International Adoption. Membership funds go to support the chapter and Orphanages in Russia and other Republics and for the children left behind.
