ONLY 2 MAKE-UPS ARE ALLOWED PER SESSION. MAKE-UPS MUST BE SCHEDULED WITHIN THE SESSION (on a different homeschoolers class day) AND DO NOT CARRY OVER FROM SESSION TO SESSION. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD TO SCHEDULE YOUR MAKE-UPS IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL MISS A CERTAIN DATE.
All make-ups for missed classes must be scheduled THROUGH THE GYM secretary. DO NOT attempt to schedule make-ups through homeschool contact co-ordinators.
When calling for make-ups: Please identify yourself as "homeschoolers" when you call to schedule a make-up. DO NOT EMAIL requests for make-ups. Call the Gym telephone (973) 316-2507. You may leave a message on the gym answering machine specifying DAY, DATE and TIME of your requested make-up. You will be contacted to confirm your child's appointed make-up session. Do not attend class without a confirmation from the gym office as NO CHILD WILL BE ADMITTED TO A CLASS FOR MAKE-UP WITHOUT PRIOR GYM APPROVAL. Due to the very limited space available, a missed make-up class for which you do not call to cancel at least 1 day prior will be considered a completed make-up.
Weather cancellations are very RARE. Please call the gym for cancellation recording. In the event of a closing due to snow, the gym will re-schedule a date for the missed class.
