A) Presenter Information and Instructions

Presenters in General: At the conference, each breakout room will have a projector and a screen set up that a laptop can be plugged into. Laptops would be needed by the presenters.

Each session will be 90 minutes long, and will have one workshop or three best practices/papers scheduled in it (with one exception). For papers and best practices, please plan on a 20-25 minute presentation leaving time for questions.

Session Chairs: There will be a session chair for paper sessions. That person's responsibility is to set the order and help manage the time in that session.

Roundtables: We are trying a new format that is designed to be less formal. Presenters can discuss the paper one-on-one with interested parties or can also agree to do a presentation. We would be interested in feedback as to how this goes. Our roundtable session has four papers in it so if presentations are made, they should be shorter.
