About the "Alliance" The Progressive Alliance for Humanity was originally founded out of frustration with the political situations in this country. A group of activists found themselves more and more disenchanted with the political agenda of both the right and the left. We found there were points to be made from both ends of the political spectrum and everything in between. So we became originally a think tank and a clearing house for ideas spanning the political spectrum.We also found that we needed a way to release some of the nervous energy that builds up doing that kind of work. To make a long story short we established the Budokan. and dedicated it to the serious study of Martial Arts ans Zen meditation.
