MONTHLY CAMP OUTS- 2012 - Subject to Change
May 4th, 5th 6th, 2012 - West Canada Creek Campgrounds. Please call campground to make reservations. Many have booked already. Dave and Ann unofficially volunteered to be host and hostess
June 1st, 2nd, 3rd - Mt View Campground, Bridgewater, NY **This campground is up for sale for l.3 million so if it gets sold, and new owners have other plans for the property, this reservation may be cancelled and we would need to find an alternative campground. Host and Hostess ?
July 13th, 14th, 15th - Good Sam Samboree at Herkimer County Fairgrounds, Frankfort, NY
August 3, 4, 5th - Royal Mt Campground, Johnstown, NY Ralph and Olga - host and hostess
August 31, Sept 1, 2,3rd (Labor Day optional camp out) - ? Usually a dry campout ? No decision on this weekend yet
September 28, 29 30th, 2012, - Fall Fest, Herkimer County Fairgrounds, Frankfort, State sponsored camp out.
Oct 5, 6, 7th ( 8th Columbus Day weekend)- West Canada Creek is booked and we voted to possibly move it to Oct l2th, 13th, 14th. (Waiting to hear from West Canada to see if they can accommodate us)
