Our organization was founded in 1996 as the Inter-Cities Landlord Association of Syracuse, New York. Our name was changed to "Central New York Landlords Association" in May 2002.

Our Association is strictly not-for-profit and no one receives wages for work in the Association.

Our purpose is to present issues of interest to property owners who rent apartments or houses in the Central New York area. We provide a forum for the exchange of information, government regulations, helpful hints and survival information for landlords.

We generally meet the last Wednesday of each month at Ernie's Lakeland Cafe on State Fair Boulevard, Syracuse.

Networking and exchange of information between our members provide camaraderie and mutual assistance.
