Den meetings:
Our Den will meet once per month for 1 hour from 6:00 pm till 7:00 pm at the Marjorie Post Park Community Center, Room A (on Merrick Road, Massapequa). Parents are more than welcome to stay for the meeting, or you can drop your son off and pick him up at the end of the meeting. Meetings consist of the opening pledge, craft and/or activity (usually based on the monthly theme), a snack, and the closing.
Go-See-Its:
Our Den will participate in one trip per month, called a Go-See-It. Please note that each child must be accompanied by a parent (or adult) on these trips.
Monthly dues:
Monthly dues are used for craft supplies, Go-See-Its, birthday celebrations, and other miscellaneous expenses. We will collect $7.00 per child at each den meeting. If you prefer, you can pay all dues up-front ($63.00 for nine months), or you can pay per month at our Den meetings.
