What is the Equestrian Festival?
What: A fabulous evening out! Tickets are $40 which includes hors d'oeuvre and dinner buffet by Lillian's Restaurant and entertainment by DJ Andy Pratt. There is a cash bar. The silent and live auctions are the main attractions offering a wide variety of items to suit every taste. Everyone looks forward to the Classroom Baskets - every class offers a themed basket full of absolutely amazing items - truly an evening pleaser!
Why: The Alumni Association has developed an endowment fund which would be dedicated to support non-operational needs of the school and to raise funds to support a continuing “grant” program that enhances the academic mission of the school. The grant program was initially a response to requests from faculty and administration for support of projects that were falling outside the normal operational budget. It has become an annual process where the entire faculty and administration propose unmet needs and freshly conceived plans, whereupon funding will enhance their educational mission. The program has grown to provide $30,000 annually in grants.
Who: All are welcome. Current teachers and families of St. Clement’s, our alumni, members of the church and diocese, the community and local businesses attend this event each year. Bring a friend and make some new ones! Last year over 200 attended this event. Dressy casual is the attire. This is a fun, relaxed event ~ it's all for the school and our children. Come and see what it's all about ~ you won't be dissappointed!
