Class Parents Welcome to Fairfield PTA

Please review your packet you received at the Parent Tea about the class parent guidelines.

*Important note* All class parents are required to join Fairfield PTA for the 2009-10 school year.

A membership form can be downloaded from this web site.

Please forward your completed membership form and fee to the Fairfield PTA, ATTENTION: Membership as soon as possible.

Reminder to send in your class party money and slip to your class parent. If you would like to be included in the class list please check off box on slip.

If your class reaches 100% membership, they will receive an ice cream party - compliments of Fairfield PTA. All class parents notice can be printed on white paper.
