Fairfield PTA Program UPDATES
Fundraisers:
Thank you for supporting our Gift Wrap Fundraiser this year. Although we didn't quite reach our target we are happy to report that our Entertainment Book Fundraiser did reach our goal which was to sell 200 books. To date, 236 books were sold!!! That's a clear $2,360 profit we can use towards our programming and events this year!!
Membership
Goal for 2009/10- 525 memberships! Currently we are at 394. PLEASE send in your membership form and don’t forget to include second person in household, also grandparents and other family members are encouraged to join.
Don't forget also, if you are an executive board member and/or a class parent you must purchase a PTA membership.
Cell Phone Drive
Our Cell Phone Drive is ongoing. Please send in your unwanted cell phones which will be sent off for recycling. We also receive payment for every cell phone we collect. Thanks to everyone who has participated so far!!
Arts in Education
Our 5th Graders thoroughly enjoyed Karen DeMauro's presentation on the Revolutionary War on Oct. 20th.
Parents of K-2. Please don't forget to ask your children if they enjoyed Joyce Raimondo. She will be here with her Art Safari and Go Green with Art programs on Nov. 4th and 5th!
