A MOMENT OF PRAYER

We all need help, especially when we are in the depths of despair and don't know where to turn. When we are in pain, or feeling alone, or afraid for our future, or hurting from a loss, our lives seem very hopeless. We feel as if things will never get better. We worry too much, cry until we are sick, and can't seem to find any hope. The burden is too great. We can't handle it alone. Prayer and turning to God in my times of despair and pain gave me great comfort. It helped to be able to give my burdens to God and know that He cares. Faith must be called upon to know that help will come, and courage must be found to wait for God to do His work in His own time. Remember this: A prayer delayed is not a prayer denied. If you don't get an answer right away, know that God is working it all out in the background. In times like this we all need our family and friends to lean on. Take advantage of the loyalty, love, care and concern that those around us carry for us all. We all need a friend to listen or let us cry, or just be there for us. Life is short, as we all know to well!!!! BE THERE FOR YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!! Not only in times of crisis, but to love and share!
