WELCOME TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND VOLUNTEER SERVICES .                            HUMAN RESOURCES AND VOLUNTEER SERVICE. We need volunteers from around the World, Europe, Asia, South America and Africa to the US and Canada Part time and full time; if you'd not in a place yet in your life, right now you can do something like this, if you 'll like to help a cause you believe in, then join the voluntary revolution! We need volunteers for ongoing projects to help us with a variety and assisting us at various locations around the world. There is no discrimination on the basis of race, color,creed, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or other legally protected status in admission to voluntary programs, services or activities. We invite you to join our International team as a volunteer.

QUALIFICATIONS: We are seeking talented and motivated persons of both sexes to be part of this groundbreaking Poverty campaign. An applicant should be able to at least read and write in any of the following official languages: English, Frence, Spanish and Arabic,

[1] Applicants should be in the working class of 21 to 85 years old.

[2] A family of a maximum of five To Ten Applicants should be in a good state of Health. Applicants should also bear in mind that there are different types of jobs, and for that it may not be easy for us to locate an applicant to a specific job that he or she is trained for. For a start, applicants should be ready to work in any field before we can relocate the applicant to a specified job needed by the applicant. In most cases the available jobs are laborers in the farms factories, companies, etc. Special references will be giving to applicants with higher qualification during the placement of jobs in the USA and Canada. All Voluntary services are free based on humanitarian contribution except allowances allotted to volunteers, applicants out side America should apply in group in order to facilitate the processing of their visas and other documents for assignments that are necessary.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES . 1:Interested Refugees who want to apply for the resettlement and the citizen of third world countries who want to apply for the H.R.V.S.employment and housing resettlement are advice to apply in group to the residing H.R.V.S. Administration for this program at their continental zone. A group should consist of not less that five to ten persons and they should reside in the same country. A family of six consisting of not more than four children.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES. 2: A group application is not yet considered until the group list and reference file number is received at the head office for consideration. All group that have receive their reference file number from their continental administration will need to forward names and passport numbers of their group members along with their reference file number issued to them by the zonal co-ordinator. The members without traveling passport should forward the following requirements for the processing of UN Emergency traveling certificates.

1:Applicant’s Scanned Passport size photograph

2:Names, date of birth and name of resident country.

3:Height measures and color of eyes The group information, reference file number and the requirements should be send to international head office by E. Mail address: voluntarysectorjob@usa.com This will be done by the Zonal assistance apon receiving the group datas from applicants, There after, all successful groups will receive H.R.V.S. official application form by e-mail attachment, as it will help each members of the group to receive the original copies of the form. Each applicant will need to complete his or her application form. Each group will need to forward their application processing to their zonal offices.

HUMAN RESOURCES SECRETARY JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, performs a variety of secretarial duties of moderate difficulty and routine administrative tasks in support of department activity; and performs related duties as required. CLASS CHARACTERISTICS Incumbents in this confidential classification report directly to a Human Resources Manager and are distinguished from the Office Specialist class series by its responsibility for moderately difficult secretarial duties requiring considerable department/program knowledge and for performing routine administrative tasks in support of department activity. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind work assignments as needed. Provides direct secretarial support to the Human Resources Manager; receives visitors; schedules appointments; prepares, edits, assembles, and distributes correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials; may take shorthand or transcribe recorded dictation.

 


SECRETARYOFFICE


Prepares and distributes documents, such as agreements, contracts, permits, resolutions, and reports; prepares standard forms and related records according to established human resources procedures. Handles highly confidential information regarding human resources matters and operations; prepares and types human resources related correspondence and reports including labor relations documents; researches confidential files to obtain information necessary during the labor negotiations process. Composes correspondence and compiles reports from a variety of sources; assists in the performance of administrative tasks utilizing judgments in the application of policy; facilitates transmission to other offices and agencies. Receives inquiries from the public, other departments and agencies; answers phones and routes calls, or provides information requiring and understanding of department policies and procedures. Performs a variety of clerical tasks including typing and/or data entry, proofreading, filing, editing, office machine operation including word processing or operation of other automated systems; sorts, files, prepares, and/or processes a variety of documents and records according to established procedures; makes travel and meeting arrangements. Prepares agenda; attends, takes, and transcribes minutes of Commission/Council meetings; types staff reports; prepares or assists in the preparation of agenda packets and distributes to appropriate Commission/Council and staff; may take minutes at staff or other meetings. Establishes and/or maintains a filing and retrieval system for interrelated confidential files and records. Assists and/or directs others in the performance of related tasks. Performs other related work as required.
