14 Unlicensed Vehicles

The City allows one unlicenced vehicle per property. The vehicle must be covered and a permit to store the vehicle on the property must be applied for. They cost $25 for six months and can be renewed. Many times, the City has found that people with unlicenced cars are trying to get them on the road, and the City will allow them time to do that. The City doesn't want to add to their burden by towing the vehicle that they are trying to fix. If the issue becomes a nuisance and the City receives complaints about it, the City will send an inspector our to educate the vehicle owner on our process. If upon that occurring the individual takes no action to cover and get the permit, the City moves forward with our towing procedures.
